BEGRC, the Bokeo Ethnobotanical Garden and Research Center is the intellectual arm of BsE and aims to become a provincial and regional center for the preservation of ethnobotanical knowledge, and to conduct further research into the uses, cultivation and local understanding of ethnobotanics. Currently, the research focus of the BEGRC is on medicinal plants.
